The app was available for free on the Google Play store.
But in October, Sakhshi also announced that it would offer an Android version of its news app.
With this, Sankhai was able to launch a news and entertainment app called Nandi.
Since the app launched on the App Store in September, Nandi has gained over 6.2 million users and has been downloaded over 3.8 million times.
