How to Buy a house and sell it in Croatia, according to a new report by The Times.
A new report, “Croatia: The Land of Hope” from The Times, has estimated the value of the home market in the country, which was valued at $8.8 billion in the first quarter of 2017.
It estimates that in the same quarter, Croatian house prices were up 15.3 per cent to $1,957 per square metre.
Croatian house prices have been rising, with the median house price of $8,500 up 14.5 per cent in the year to June 2018 from $848 per square meter.
The average price of a house sold was $2.3 million in the quarter to June, up 17.1 per cent.
The report says house prices will fall further, but this time it will be slower.
